Even though SEX AND THE CITY 2 ended up with a sour aftertaste and box-office disappointment, rumors about the proposed third installment have been hotly debated every now and then.
Now it looks like that there will be SEX AND THE CITY 3 after all. Only this time it's not the continuation of the movie but rather a prequel. Based on Candance Bushell's two novels, The Carrie Diaries and Summer And The City, the prequel will detailed on the four individuals (Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda) during their teenage years and early twenties before they become popular in New York.
