According to Bloody Disgusting, actress Milla Jovovich and her director-husband Paul W.S. Anderson will be returning once again for RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION. Jovovich, is of course, will reprised his popular role as Alice, while Paul W.S. Anderson will direct from his own screenplay. Anderson had previously helmed the first movie in 2002 as well as RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE 3D last September.
In the meantime, Sienna Guillory is expected to return as Jill Valentine, even though there's a source said that she is being recast. A younger and hotter cast, perhaps?
RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION will begins shooting this coming October. The story will take Alice from Toronto, Canada all the way to Tokyo, Japan. Plot details, in the meantime, remains sketchy at this moment.
The movie is expected to hit theaters on September 14, 2012 (U.S.)
