Now that MGM's financial matters are settled, the studio is finally focusing some of their long-delayed projects they have been developing all this while. Among them are ROBOCOP, with the studio targeting Chris Pine for the lead role.
As for this moment, nothing is really official yet.
Josh Padilha will be directing ROBOCOP from a screenplay by Joshua Zetumer. The highly-anticipated reboot is scheduled to hit theaters in 2013.
