Remember that awful 2003's DAREDEVIL, which starred Ben Affleck and Michael Clarke Duncan? After massive outcry over that ill-fated adaptation of DAREDEVIL, the proposed sequel has been subsequently scrapped.
Now, according to the sources from Variety, director David Slade (30 DAYS OF NIGHT, THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE) has signed on to reboot DAREDEVIL for 20th Century Fox.
In the latest report, this new DAREDEVIL reboot will not feature material from the first movie. So it's most likely that the movie will be going back to the new origin root.
