Adapted from Zhang Haifan's novels of the same name, the movie tells the story of a legendary magician (Tony Leung Chiu-Wai) during the early years of the Republic of China, who sets battle against a warlord (Sean Andy) to win back his fiancee (Zhou Xun).
THE GREAT MAGICIAN is scheduled to hit theaters on December 22.
