1. You must login to blogger com.
2. Click Design.
3. Click Edit HTML
4. Recommended to Backup your theme.
5. You can press (Ctrl+F) and get code <b:skin><![CDATA[
6. Copy paste code before code  <b:skin><![CDATA[
