Incoherent Car Chase Scene In THE DARK KNIGHT? Here's What Critic Jim Emerson Has To Say In This 20-Minute Video!

Christopher Nolan's THE DARK KNIGHT (2008) was no doubt the best superhero movie of all-time. Sure, the blockbuster epic had a few glaring flaws here and there but Chicago Sun-Times veteran critic Jim Emerson apparently has something further to say about the movie. In fact, three years after the movie's release, he is now dissecting the famous car chase scene, in which The Joker (Heath Ledger) interrupts a police convoy carrying Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart) and causes a chain reaction of explosive mayhem on an underground highway near the Chicago River. Check out the 20-minute video below, where he explains every flaw in a very detailed manner.

Okay, after watching his video, I have to admit there are scenes which defies the filmmaking logic and the so-called "law of physic" but then again, I also have to admit that Nolan and editor Lee Smith still does a fabulous job putting the scene together.
