But FAST FIVE actor Dwayne Johnson apparently knew about it approximately 45 minutes before the official announcement is made, via Twitter:

Shortly after President Barack Obama confirmed the news, Johnson goes on saying, "AMERICA BROUGHT IT -- TEAM BRING IT FOREVER PROUD."
