According to The Wrap, three actors -- Ryan Gosling, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Alexander Skarsgard -- are being targeted for the part of Ilya Kuryakin in Steven Soderbergh's upcoming big-screen version of THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. That particular show was of course based on the popular '60s TV series of the same name that ran four season from 1964 to 1968. The previous actor who played Ilya Kuryakin in the TV series was Scottish actor David McCallum, who was currently appeared in a popular TV series called NCIS as Dr. Donald Mallard.
THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. is scheduled to hit theaters sometimes in 2012.
