Su Chao-Bin's SILK Is Getting The Hollywood Remake!


Looks like Su Chao-Bin's Taiwanese supernatural thriller SILK (2006) which starred Chang Chen, Barbie Hsu and Karena Lam, is now getting a Hollywood remake treatment by Gold Circle Films. Marko King, Mary King and Jonathan Watters -- the screenwriters trio who had previously penned Halle Berry's multiple personality disorder drama called FRANKIE & ALICE (2010), are all attached for the upcoming project. Instead of scene-by-scene remake, the Hollywood version will be leaning towards more on a "Michael Crichton meets THE SIXTH SENSE".
