Earlier this year, it is learned that writer-director Quentin Tarantino is set to make a spaghetti western movie as the follow-up to his WWII ensemble drama, INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS (2009). The title is A SOUTERN, which will be lead by legendary Italian actor Franco Nero (best known for Sergio Corbucci's 1966's spaghetti western classic DJANGO) and co-stars Christoph Waltz, Treat Williams and Keith Carradine.
Then came a new report via Agent Trainee, revealing in what many have believe is a hand-written cover of Quentin Tarantino's latest screenplay that sports under new title called DJANGO UNCHAINED.
Could it be actually mean that Franco Nero is making his longtime comeback to his iconic DJANGO franchise? Last time Nero reprised his role was the 1987's DJANGO 2: II GRANDE RITORNO, and it will be nice to see return for a third movie.
No other details regarding about DJANGO UNCHAINED as for now.
In the meantime, here's the 1966's DJANGO trailer to fresh up your memory.
