Hot on the heel from a blockbuster acting return of FAST FIVE, Dwayne Johnson is in talks to star in the upcoming Paramount Pictures sequel G.I. JOE 2 as Roadblock.
Roadblock is a heavy machine gunner and cook, who is also a cousin of Heavy Duty, a character played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje in G.I. JOE: THE RISE OF COBRA (2009).
Jon M. Chu (JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER) is directing G.I. JOE 2, and the sequel scheduled to hit theaters on August 10, 2012.
