When one of the passengers becomes extremely ill with a mysterious virus, the plane quickly makes an emergency landing at a large metropolitan airport. Jenny (Mercedes Masohn), is a flight attendant responsible for the safety of the passengers. It doesn't take long before she and the passengers find themselves being quarantined by the local authorities and are now trapped with the deadly virus spreading all over the place. Soon she and one of the surviving passengers, a kindergarten teacher named Henry (Josh Cooke) execute an escape plan to survive the ordeal.
